We are certified by Microsoft to provide desktop and laptop support services for all versions of Windows. We can perform essential maintenance, restore, update Windows, install upgrades, perform virus removal, remove harmful spyware, virus. Trojans and troubleshoot Microsoft products.

We can repair all models of laptops and desktops. We should be your first port of call if your hard drive dies or if you accidentally delete your files or folder or formatted your hard disk. You don’t need to pay for an expensive hard drive specialist. We will try and salvage as much data as we can from your hard disk. In the event we cannot recovery your files we will not charge you. You can at least be assured you’ve exhausted all options before paying the price for a data recovery service lab

COVID19 are you still working?
We’re not collecting or returning jobs, but we’re still here for repairs if you can safely bring them in to us. Please contact us first and we will explain how.
COVID19 Deliveries
Currently deliveries are delayed in the UK due to the COVID19 outbreak. Production of components has also be effected. We will be happy to provide you with an estimate of time and cost for your repair.
What if you can't repair my computer?
Sometimes we come accross a problem we cannot repair. The attempt of repairing your problem is not charged unless we let you know we will beforehand.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Our standard guarantee is 3 months unless we tell you differnetly beforehand.
Do I pay before?
Payment is generally accepted once the repair is complete. That way we’re both happy. If we need to order expensive parts we may ask for some of the cost first.
How long will my repair take?
Sometimes need parts of repairs which may be in stock or need to be delivered. Testing and diagnosis can also add to repair times. Each repair is different, we would be happy to provide you with an estimate of time and cost for your repair.
